February is Heart Health Month, so here are some of the way you can keep your heart healthy!

Walking is very important for our heart and health. Walking at least 20 minutes can reduce the risk of a heart attack and stroke.

Lower your high cholesterol level! Cholesterol is a type of fat found in your blood. It is important to make healthy food choices. Eating a serving of acorn squash, which has nearly 10% of your daily value of fiber, can reduce cholesterol!

Get more sleep! Seven to eight hours of sleep, which is the recommended amount of sleep, can help you maintain a healthy weight.

Get a hug! Hugs bring people closer, but did you know they can bring down blood pressure levels in some women!

These are four ways that you can have a healthy heart, but there are many more ways.
