A healthy snack for after school

Always hungry when you get home after school? Well, here’s a quick and healthy snack that will make you no longer hungry, but not too full that you would not be able to eat your dinner! Here’s the recipe for a delicious frozen fruit smoothie! I found this recipe on the Food Network.




1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

2 cups of frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries

1 cup of milk

½ a cup of plain or vanilla yogurt

½ a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

2-3 tablespoons of honey


All you have to do is put them into a blender and blend them all together until it looks smooth! Pour the smoothie into cups and enjoy!!
